What happens to your details when you ask for the guide. Short, because little is kept.

Who is responsible
Goce Petrov, Switzerland. Email: hello@gocepetrov.com. This notice follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What is stored
- your first name, email address and company, if you give one;
- the consent text you agreed to and when you agreed;
- when your current link was made and when the last email to you went out;
- whether and when you confirmed your email, and whether you downloaded the guide;
- whether Goce's note about you went out, and if it failed, when it may be tried again.
Your IP address is not stored. To stop abuse, the form and the links count requests under a salted one-way code of your connection (for IPv6 also of its wider network), for one hour at most. The form carries a signed code of your network, which is checked when you send it and not kept. To check that an address can receive email, its domain (for example company.com) is looked up in DNS and the result is kept for 24 hours.
Why
To send you the guide, and so that Goce can write to you once to ask if it helped. There is no newsletter. Under the GDPR the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Where
Your details are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. The confirmation email is sent through Resend, which keeps its own log of it, with your address and the email, for up to 30 days. When you confirm, Goce gets a short note in his Telegram with your first name and company. These providers process the data for him and may do so outside Switzerland, including in the United States.
How long
12 months after you confirm, then your details are deleted automatically. If you never confirm, they are deleted after 7 days. The note in Goce's Telegram stays until he deletes it, which he does when you ask. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and withdraw your consent. Use the delete link in your email, or write to hello@gocepetrov.com. The delete link removes your details from the guide list at once; the Telegram note needs an email to Goce. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the data protection authority where you live.
No tracking, no sharing, no sale
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no tracked links in the email. The fonts come from this site, so no font service sees your visit. Your details are not shared with anyone else and are never sold.
